That’s where I come in. My name is Matt, and I’m an Oxygen Advantage™ Advanced Instructor, and certified coach and hypnotist.

Using the Oxygen Advantage™ method, I teach you how to retrain your breathing to restore balance to your body and mind - reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and helping you think more clearly under pressure.
