Yes, please come with a yoga mat all other props are provided.

Yes, all levels of experience are welcome. Please contact me if you have any specific requirements or questions.

Classes are £9 pay as you go, you can pay on line or book your space and pay cash when you arrive.

Both Halstead and Gosfield venues have restrooms with space to change.
